Sunken Watchtower is an optional sub dungeon within the mission Soggy Swamp, and is one of the six endersent dungeons added by the Echoing Void DLC. If the eye of ender dropped by the Blight Eye has not been collected, Sunken Watchtower has a 100% chance of spawning. Otherwise, it has a rare chance of spawning.

Appearance and description[edit | edit source]

Sunken Watchtower is located north-east of the ruins containing the brews in Soggy Swamp. It is a large stone brick tower located in a cave, and contains various dangerous traps along its perilous walkways. Halfway down Sunken Watchtower a button puzzle can be found, where five buttons must be activated in a specific order to extend a bridge along the western wall of the cave. Activating these buttons in the correct order will take trial and error, as the correct order is random and the puzzle has no hints for solving it. Upon reaching the bottom of Sunken Watchtower, an optional ambush can be encountered to the north-west. Upon reaching the end of the cave to the south-east, an arena containing an endersent can be found. If the eye of ender has not been collected yet, this endersent will be the Blight Eye instead.
