Behavior[edit | edit source]

Like other ranged mobs, the witch attempts to flee from heroes that are within melee range.

Witches try to stay away from the hero by slowly walking away from the hero between throwing potions. They also follow but don't attack player with Shadow Brew.
- Potion throw
Witches attack by throwing potions at the player. Upon landing, the potions shatter and leave behind a cloud made of its residue, dealing damage every 0.25 seconds to heroes within it. The potions can also be shot in mid-air to destroy them, leaving behind a poison cloud where it was destroyed.
- Drink
Witches can heal themselves when injured by drinking a health potion (400 health points in total), requiring 15 seconds cooldown before drinking another one. They drink a health potion for the first time when they lose more than 25% of their health.[verify]
- Novelty
Witches sometimes dance while idling. A dancing witch can be also found within the loading screen of the Soggy Swamp.
