A sandstone slab is a sandstone variant of a slab.

Sandstone slabs can be mined using any pickaxe. If mined without a pickaxe, they drop nothing.

  • MC-274891 – Chiseled (red) sandstone cannot be converted into (red) sandstone slabs in a stonecutter

Bedrock Edition

  • MCPE-42734 – Cut Sandstone Slabs and Cut Red Sandstone Slabs can't be crafted with Stonecutter
