Obtaining

Packed air can be obtained only after voting for the rule air_blocks. Just like air, it can't be targeted, but can be placed with /setblock command.

Usage

Packed air can permanently fill the player's breath bar when standing in it.

It can exist only in closed rooms on the Moon, otherwise it disappears like water in the Nether when placing it in an open space on the Moon, anywhere in another dimension or when the closed room is opened. There is a maximum size of room that can be filled with packed air, which is 127 blocks. However, the room can be expanded after placing packed air down, and packed air keeps filling new space if no more than 126 empty blocks are added at once to the room.

Issues relating to "Packed Air" are not maintained on the bug tracker because it is an April Fools' joke, and is therefore not in the newest stable version or snapshot. Issues reported there are closed as "Invalid".
