mod_ore is a block used for developing minerals and addons (modpc). It is only available in the China Edition of Minecraft. The block uses the same texture as the block of gold..
Obtaining The mod_ore block can only be obtained via commands. When mined, it does not drop anything, regardless of the tool used.
Breaking
During excavation, the mod_ore block does not discard anything, regardless of the tool used (except for TNT, which can explode dropped objects).[1] Usage The intended usage of mod_ore is unknown. However, its name suggests it may be related to mods that are not activated and got replaced with this block. Trivia The “0” in the item’s nickname tile.mod_ore.0.name can be changed depending on the data value. If the item’s data value exceeds “32767”, it will reset to “0”. Entering /setblock and /fill does not affect the “0” in tile.mod_ore.0.name. Placing this block may create a transparent black square with other blocks in older versions.
