Fiery Forge Cave Chest Room is an optional sub dungeon within the mission Fiery Forge. It is part of the Fiery Forge Cave optional sub dungeon, and has an extremely rare chance of spawning within it.

Appearance and description[edit | edit source]

Fiery Forge Cave is located near the areas with a supplies chest in Fiery Forge. It is a lava-filled cave with magma blocks, torches, and the occasional ruin containing glowing red illageralt letters with an obsidian chest below them. This obsidian chest is a secret one, so it is invisible until the player comes near it. It is one of thirty-five different optional sub dungeons that can spawn multiple times in a given mission layout, sharing this distinction with Open Woods Crypt, Pumpkin Pastures Crypt, Pumpkin Pastures Crypt Single, Forge Cellar, Nether Cellar, Fortress Outdoors, End Ship, Gold Room, and all twenty-six ancient dungeons. Extremely rarely, an area with a diamond sword plunged in stone can be found. Interacting with this diamond sword will start an ambush that, if defeated, will open the entrance door to Fiery Forge Cave Chest Room. Fiery Forge Cave Chest Room is a small lava cave with three stone brick pillars featuring more glowing red illageralt letters. It contains a single obsidian chest in the center of the room.
