A fungus thrower is a hostile piglin that can be found within the Flames of the Nether DLC of Minecraft Dungeons.
Lore[edit | edit source]
Fungus throwers are piglin chefs who collect blue nethershrooms because they are the best delicacy that the Warped Forest has and also to weaponize it for its explosive toxicity against non-piglins such as heroes.[1]

Behavior[edit | edit source]
A fungus thrower has one behavior. It cannot be stunned by normal attacks, except Shock Powder and any weapon with the stunning enchantment. If the fungus thrower is close to a hero, it will retreat away from them until they are in the proper range to attack.
- Ranged attack
Whenever it is in range, the fungus thrower will throw two blue nethershrooms at the hero with moderate accuracy with a cooldown between each dual shroom attack. Upon impact, the nethershrooms explode into a damaging spore cloud that lingers for a short time before dissipating.
