Behavior

Hostile

A magma cube is a slime-like hostile mob that can be found within the Flames of the Nether DLC for Minecraft Dungeons.

Spawning[edit | edit source]

Behavior[edit | edit source]

Magma cubes attack by jumping onto the hero, dealing damage. They can jump extraordinarily high and are stronger than slimes. When medium or large magma cubes land on the ground, they create a very high-damaging shockwave nearby and can split when killed, as slimes do. Tiny cubes don't cause shockwaves, like the big and medium ones.

Magma cubes don’t take damage from fire effects from Satchel of Elements, but will take damage from Flaming Quiver.
