Villager

The wandering trader was a merchant that appeared in the Camp after being rescued by the hero within the Pumpkin Pastures. As of the Creeping Winter update, the Wandering Trader has been removed, with their functionality being taken by the mystery merchant. As of the Echoing Void update, the Wandering Trader and the trader llama appeared within a cutscene making them cutscene mobs. However, the wandering trader is nowhere to be found outside of the cutscene.

Spawning[edit | edit source]

Interaction[edit | edit source]

This NPC, in exchange for emeralds, would give to the hero random artifacts with power levels that range around the current power level of the hero. Buying artifacts from the wandering trader would always cost twice the amount of emeralds than buying gear from the Blacksmith.

The power level of the hero is determined upon entering the camp, therefore if a hero equips items with higher power levels in the camp, it does not count toward the power level when trading with the Wandering Trader. To work around this, exit to the main menu and join back in.
