This article is missing information about: Creative Inventory specific additions and removals of blocks and items:
- All changes on New Nintendo 3DS Edition
- Some blocks and items in older Minecraft versions were initially added only obtainable in Survival mode or by commands only; and in a later, different update; added to the Creative inventory. List those blocks/items, and their updates/snapshots; that they got added to the Creative inventory. Currently: Java Beta 1.8+, Bedrock MCPE alpha 0.1.0+, Legacy Console TU5+, they are precise only to major updates. Need specific snapshot info for all items listed. There might be info on a block/item or two that might be missing.
- List all changes to the item categorization in Creative inventory tabs. (Mostly complete, might have missed one or two things, need specific snapshots.)
- List changes to Creative Inventory sort order for Bedrock Edition before Bedrock 1.2.10, and Java Edition before 12w21b and after 17w47a. Double check Legacy Console Edition, may have missed a few things.

In 22w42a, with the overhaul of the Creative inventory, numerous "bugs" were fixed. The list of bug reports that were resolved with the changes in 22w42a are as follows below:
- Moved netherite ingot to come after netherite scrap in the Creative inventory instead of before.[69]
- Grouped nether wart blocks to be right after leaves in the Natural Blocks tab.[70]
- Grouped torches and soul torches together in the Functional Blocks tab.[71]
- Grouped obsidian and crying obsidian together in the Natural Blocks tab.[72]
- Grouped polished blackstone and basalt with other polished blocks in the Building Blocks tab.[73]
- Grouped shroomlight and nether wart blocks together in the Natural Blocks tab.[74]
- Grouped blackstone stairs and slabs with other stone stairs and slabs in the Building Blocks tab.[75]
- Grouped beds and respawn anchors together in the Functional Blocks tab.[76]
- Grouped dripstone blocks and pointed dripstone together in the Natural Blocks tab.[77]
- Grouped moss block with dirt in the Natural Blocks tab.[78]
