v0.13.1 alpha is a minor update to Pocket Edition and the Windows 10 Edition Beta released on December 14, 2015 that fixes bugs present in v0.13.0 and added a new skin pack. While it isn't the last update to v0.13.0 alpha, it is the last one before the builds of v0.14.0 alpha started. This is the final version released in 2015.
