Spooky is a cosmetic flair unlocked from the Cloudy Climb seasonal adventure within Minecraft Dungeons.
Spooky is unlocked at rank 24 of the adventure pass track of Cloudy Climb. Once unlocked, it can be equipped in the "Respawn Flairs" section of the cosmetic tab in the inventory.
Spooky is a respawn flair, meaning it activates when the hero respawns. Once activated, an abundance of black bats fly out from within the hero. After a short duration the effects disappear. As is the case with all flairs, spooky's effects are purely cosmetic and have no other gameplay functionality.
