Dungeons:Cosmetic

The cosmetics section of the inventory.

A cosmetic is an item or mob that appears cosmetically but has no other functional use. All cosmetics are equip-able in the cosmetics page of the inventory, apart from heroes which are selected in the main menu.

Types of cosmetic

Capes

A cape is a type of cosmetic that appears on the hero's back, the bottom half of capes move around according to the hero's movement. Capes are primarily obtainable through seasonal adventures and seasonal trials.

Emotes

An emote is a type of cosmetic that allows the hero to perform some type of animation, usually a dance or imitation. There are 44 emotes total, all of which are only obtainable through seasonal adventures.

Flairs

A flair is a type of emote that emits effects when the hero performs certain actions. There are four types of flairs: healing, level up, respawn, and mob, which activate when the hero uses the health potion, levels up, respawns after dying, and kills a mob respectively. All flairs apart from mob flairs emit from the hero, mob flairs emit from the mob that was killed. Flairs can only be obtained through seasonal adventures.

Heroes

A hero is a selectable appearance for the playable character. Heroes are selected through the main menu unlike all other cosmetics which are selected through the inventory. They can be obtained by purchasing DLCs, seasonal adventures, and some are obtained automatically for free.

Pets

A pet is a mob that closely follows the hero's movements. They do not attack other mobs, have no health, cannot die, and are not targeted by hostile mobs. However they can be affected by effects created by auras and artifacts such as the Iron Hide Amulet.
