Flashy fungi is unlocked at rank 7 of the adventure pass track of Luminous Night. Once unlocked, it can be equipped in the "Respawn Flairs" section of the cosmetic tab in the inventory.
Flashy fungi is a respawn flair, meaning it activates when the hero respawns after being killed. Once activated, a large amount of blue nethershrooms appear around the hero's feet which pop one by one as they release glowing spores that rise into the air. After a short duration the effects disappear. As is the case with all flairs, flashy fungi's effects are purely cosmetic and have no other gameplay functionality.
