Cod are common aquatic passive mobs found in oceans, a source of raw cod. They are seen inside a secret room of the Spooky Mansion and in the Doom Sea.

Behavior

Cod either swim solitarily or swim in schools as seen in Hero of Residence of Season Two. Their behavior is likely to be similar to their base game counterparts. Like many aquatic mobs, they cannot survive outside of water.

Trivia

• The mob version of the raw cod item appeared in Minecraft: Story Mode before its addition in Update Aquatic of the base game.
• Before the Update Aquatic, cod in Minecraft: Story Mode was already referred to as "cod", as indicated by its texture and model file names.
