Pottery sherds are items with 23 variants used to craft decorated pots with ornamental designs. Pottery sherds are found in trial chambers, suspicious sand, and suspicious gravel.

Obtaining

Breaking

When a decorated pot is broken with a pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, or sword that is not enchanted with Silk Touch, it drops all of the pottery sherds and bricks used to craft it.

Generated loot

Pottery sherds can be found as suspicious sand or suspicious gravel loot in trail ruins, ocean ruins, desert pyramids, and desert wells, and can be extracted from these blocks using a brush.

	Respecting the Remnants	Brush a Suspicious block to obtain a Pottery Sherd	Brush either suspicious sand or suspicious gravel and have any pottery sherd in the inventory. These two events can happen separately from one another.
