GAME MAP – Your in-game map is a great tool for keeping track of your travels, but it is most useful for identifying what the piglins are planning. Your map is in tune with the energies of the Overworld and its clock shows you how long you have before nightfall, and the next piglin attack.

The Map[2] is a tool that provides objectives and information about the world in Minecraft Legends.

Usage[edit | edit source]

The map displays a top down simplified view of the world. Biomes separated by lines are filled in with different colors and patterns to distinguish them from one another, small icons are also placed on top of the map to mark points of interest such as villages.

A legend appears at the right of the map screen which gives information about which biomes or points of interest that the player is hovering over.

Fast travel[edit | edit source]

The player can fast travel to certain structures on the map by interacting with their icons. Structures cannot be fast travelled to if they are occupied by piglins or have been significantly damaged. The following structures can be fast travelled to:

1.17.44512Added a distinct icon to represent players' heroes on the Game Map.
This icon has an eye-catching effect that triggers upon the map opening.
Hero names will no longer be displayed on the map during singleplayer.
The map icon is now always present on the HUD.
TU11.17.49848Improved the biome legend on the map to more clearly communicate which resources are found in that biome.

Issues[edit | edit source]

Issues for Minecraft Legends relating to "Map" are no longer maintained on the bug tracker since January 10, 2024. However, issues reported before then can still be viewed there.
