The Miner is a supporting character who appears in A Minecraft Movie. In the film, he appears as an elderly human that prevented young Steve from entering the mines.

Appearance

The miner dons a blue shirt with blue overalls. He also wears a mining helmet, a brown belt, and has a long gray-white beard.

Biography

The miner appears to be an employee who works at the mine in Chuglass that Steve yearned to explore. When Steve was a child, the miner prevented him from achieving his lifelong dream by angrily chasing him away because of a sign forbidding children from entering. When Steve grew up and returned to the mine many years later, the miner still worked there and attempted to stop him. However, he failed because Steve had an advantage. After this, the miner never reappears in the film.
