The Miner[1] is a minor supporting character who appears in A Minecraft Movie. In the film, he is an elderly human that prevented young Steve from entering the mines.
Biography
The miner is an employee who works at the mine that Steve yearned to explore. When Steve was a child, the miner prevented him from achieving his lifelong dream by angrily chasing him away. When Steve grew up and returned to the mine, the miner attempted to stop him but failed as Steve had an advantage. After this, the miner never reappears in the film.
