== Announcement ==
On March 30, 2014, Mojang announced that the next MINECON would take place in Europe. However, due to the development of [[Java Edition 1.8]], updates about the event were delayed. Arriving on stage to thunderous applaud, [[DanTDM]] appeared and interacted with the audience.
