Reason: Make sure these apply to the release of 1.14, rather than simply "the latest 1.14 snapshot"

In Java Edition 1.14, numerous changes were made to the handling of transparent blocks. This page details the differences between transparent block placement in 1.14 and 1.13.2.

Color scheme:

  • Green means that due to 1.14, the placeable block on the left column can now be placed on the corresponding transparent block, but it could not be before 1.14.
  • Red means that due to 1.14, the placeable block on the left column can no longer be placed on the corresponding transparent block, but it could be before 1.14.
  • Gray means that the placement of the block on the left column onto the corresponding transparent block is the same as it was before 1.14, whether it is "Yes" or "No".
