We'd like to hear your thoughts Edit
Hey there! If you haven't heard, we've decided to move away from Fandom to a new, independent wiki. I noticed you've contributed quite a bit, so I'd really appreciate your input on our skin designs for the new wiki, whether you think we should enable dark or light mode by default, and if you have any other feedback. You can leave your feedback on this page. I hope you can join us over there! - Harristic (talk) 14:49, 22 September 2023 (UTC)
Stop re-adding the images to the Changes section 1.21.4 Edit
Please stop undoing the edits. I have mentioned multiple times even on Talk:Java Edition 1.21.4 that none of the update articles have images in their changes section. You can check all the update article's changes section if you want clarification.

- After your first rework, and explaining the reason, I didn't add any more image. Fedea (talk) 11:58, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- It was a misunderstanding on my end. I apologize for my mistake. ~

- Don't worry about it. Fedea (talk) 11:31, 7 November 2024 (UTC)

Reversions Edit
What is your reasoning for reverting my changes? Trivia is not the place for bugs, and listing bugs is of encyclopedic value as these historic versions are lost and these bugs are documented in IRC logs. Also, you need to follow the version pages style guide. Nixinova T C 22:33, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- I think the "Errors" section is superfluous. It's just confusing. I remember when I was just a reader, I get confused all the time. It would seem that there is a bug fix, but there are just bugs, well, it's not always clear. As it is, I seem to leave the information and at the same time remove the confusing element. I will present these bugs as an interesting fact. That's the point, no one ever plays these versions, but people sometimes wonder, "What was it like before?" And then I present this "earlier" to them in the form of an interesting fact. Well, it was and it was. Just look at the current versions. Why isn't it written about every bug that appears now? Because it's not interesting to read. And so there is information and it does not interfere. Fedea (talk) 22:51, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- No, modern pages don't list bugs because there is a bug tracker for them, and these versions are freely available. Bugs for these versions are noteworthy as information about a version that cannot be accessed anymore, and all bugs are sourced from IRC logs. I really don't see how it is confusing to see bugs when you look in a section titled "Bugs". And anyhow, this is not how the trivia section is meant to be used (MCW:TRIVIA). - I'm not saying to clean up the mistakes themselves. I suggest moving them to the section below. Moreover, the description of the "Interesting facts" section says: "Notable information may be added in a Trivia section as described by MCW:TRIVIA. This may include unique information about the development cycle of this version..."
- These bugs quietly fit this description. Why lengthen the page once again? Understand that this section really doesn't make sense. These bugs will still be fixed in future versions. It is better then to write in the next version about fixing the bug than about its appearance. Fedea (talk) 00:16, 16 February 2025 (UTC)
- I feel you are misunderstanding here. The sentence describing what goes in the trivia section does not apply here. That's talking about "the development cycle" i.e. the snapshots and pre releases, not bug content. The page being lengthened is not a bad thing, we want all pages to be full of as much relevant content as possible. I'm saying they don't fit in the Trivia section as they are not trivial or fit the criteria for being an entry in that section. There is enough content for them to have their own section.nt Nixinova T C 00:57, 16 February 2025 (UTC)
- Okay, maybe you're right. I won't clean up this section yet. But I would still think about this question a little later. Fedea (talk) 07:51, 16 February 2025 (UTC)

- Also, re:"Why isn't it written about every bug that appears now?" - We do! Look at the Issues section on any page! Special:Randomrootpage, you will see bugs! Nixinova T C 23:41, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- (Well not right now because the bug tracker is offline this week, but you get my point.) Nixinova T C 23:47, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
