User:Finicks/Top 5 Most Annoying Mobs
Mobs are a very important part of Minecraft. Many drop items and XP, which is a necessary to do many things, such as going to dimensions and crafting more items. Yet many of the hostile mobs are very annoying. In this blog I will talk about some of the most annoying mobs in the game, and how to deal with them.
Enderman Edit

Endermen are one of the most annoying mobs in Minecraft. They are three blocks tall, has attack strength of 7 health (in Normal difficulty) and will immediately get angry if you look at them in the eye. Thankfully, it doesn't spawn very commonly in the Overworld, and wearing a Carved Pumpkin will make it so that even if you look at them in the eye, they won't be provoked. If you truly hate Endermen so much, just don't go to The End.
Creepers Edit

Destroys you, your creations, the landscape... Creepers are one of the worst mobs in Minecraft. Originally a mistake by Notch, those monsters are Players' nightmares. They approach silently, and when you hear them hissing, you are often too late to do anything. Unlike the Enderman, they are completely hostile. There are some ways to deal with Creepers, and here are some of the most effective strategies:
- Turn on the sound. You might not like the sound of some mobs (such as Zombies) but it's still worth it. Sometimes, you can just sprint away from a exploding Creeper.
- Make your base (or wherever you don't want Creepers to spawn) spawn-proof. Make sure your base is well lit up, and there isn't any dark corners.
And of course, if you truly dislike Creepers and don't want to see them in your world, you can always make the difficulty Peaceful.
Vex Edit

VEXES ARE ANNOYING! They pass through walls and blocks, and IT DOESN'T DROP ANYTHING. Sure, it does drop 5 Experience, but that... just too cheap. Also, as I've said before, you just cannot protect yourself from those weird little beings. Fortunately, they won't spawn as long as there isn't any Evokers around, so don't trigger Raids. In Woodland Mansions, just be a bit careful, and in the worst scenario, JUST RUN. That is probably it for Vexes for now.
Shulkers Edit
