::Well, I did a bit more looking around. I found it in multiplayer, but Java 1.17.1 vanilla (without the datapack). However, there's one other factor that might be involved: in the multiplayer game, I have the advancement "Tactical Fishing". The Healing advancement should be two levels under that one (under "The Cutest Predator", which I don't have in either game). I'm going to try to get Tactical Fishing and see if it shows up.
